This year Ethan did AYSO (official youth soccer with more instruction)and played great once he was at each game. I think he is coordinated and fast but I've come to realize, most of the battle is the child's interest (which he had when he asked to sign up back in August). The season was a bit long for his attention span and I don't know how many times we had the conversation as to why being a part of a team and following through is important, or "why did you even sign me up for this, I didn't know it would be this loooooong? " Ethan is so cute but I can't say I'm sad the season is over.
