Over Labor day weekend, Taylor and I drove down to Vegas and met up with his parents and uncle. We went to Barry Manilow. It was a great concert because even if you aren't a fan, you know his music from the dentist chair or riding in elevators. His audience is such a mixture of ages and types of people. Even old men sing along. He didn't disappoint and I don't care if it's cool or not, I loved every minute! He is so old and has had a lot of plastic surgery that he can't make facial expressions. It was so entertaining on so many levels and such a fun weekend. We also stayed at Ceasars Palace which is
over the top. There is a lot of garbage in Vegas but I also think there is a lot of good, clean fun there too. Hey, even the Osmond's are down there... we will have to catch them on the next trip.
