We didn't take any pictures but over Memorial Day weekend, we went to Bear Lake with the Wilko and Hammond families. The weather was rainy for some of it but the kids had a blast with their friends, we played tennis, basketball, cards, 'hot box' which is is a baseball tag game. We also swam and brought our bikes to ride into town for milkshakes.
The last day of school was bittersweet as Carissa is done with elementary school! The school has a great tradition of all the students lining the halls for the 'clap out'. Music is put on and the sixth graders walk down the hall to high fives and claps to say goodbye. It is actually really emotional and sweet. The kids look forward to it for years before it is their turn. Here is Ethan with his friends Adam, Rhett, and Tanner.
Sophie with Cienna and Susan.
Carissa and friends walking down the hall.
It has been a great year and fun to have four in the same school together. Ethan with Jacob, Paxton, and Morgan who all the boys are so sweet to watch out for her.
Carissa had such a good group of friends this year. Most of them left as they were crying but here she is with Brinley, Ryland, Haydn.
And here is how Lily has enjoyed her school days all year.
