Balloon Fest

For our second year at the Balloon fest over the 4th of July, we were able to convince 2 other crazy families to come along leaving at 5:15 am. to see the balloons inflate and take off.  Of course we had to reminisce about our college days.  The cool Darth Vader balloon was there for it's first flight.

We then went to the Cannon center for breakfast.  It has been rebuilt and was THE BEST breakfast we have ever had!!  Better than any buffet with something for everyone.  Donuts, smoothies, fruit bar, hot or cold cereal, omelets, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, etc.  The kids loved it too and we got our money worth!

Who knew they moved the tree of life to further South on campus??

Time flies... it seems like just yesterday I was on campus so young and single.  Love life!!!
