Carissa's pickle report

In Carissa's class, they are working on 'University of Learning' where they do multiple reports and for every 16 hours of work they earn a degree.  She is already done with her technical, associative, and part of her bachelors.  She has studied multiple topics but recently did a report on the history of pickles and presented it in a video with her friend as the news reporter interviewing her as 'the pickle'.  They had a lot of fun with it and I learned some new things about pickles myself.
